B2B Growth Marketing Leader

I build growth engines - and the systems behind them.

15+ years building B2B demand generation and ABM where little or none existed - plus the data, integrations, and automation most marketers outsource.

What I Build

The part most marketing leaders outsource.

Three systems I designed and shipped

The job-ad chaser

Apify scrapes new job postings from Indeed and LinkedIn. Clay filters, classifies, and enriches each one with company data and hiring contacts. A scheduled Google Cloud Run job pushes qualified, deduped leads into Bullhorn and Lemlist daily, auto-assigned to sales.

ApifyClayCloud RunBullhorn

Qualified leads delivered to sales every day, without a human in the loop.

Attribution where none existed

Co-built a revenue attribution framework that tied marketing to revenue for the first time. Later built a hybrid measurement framework to demonstrate marketing's pipeline contribution to executive leadership.

AI-operated marketing workflows

Repeatable audits, reporting, and campaign optimization run through Claude Code with integrations into Profound, ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads - plus enrichment and automation workflows in Clay and n8n.

Audits and reporting that used to be projects are now repeatable, versioned, and run on demand.

Impact

Built from scratch. Measured in pipeline.

Mostly in-house, with agency and consulting chapters - across HR tech, staffing, professional services, and SaaS.

How I Work

Full-stack, compounding growth skillsets

Strategic and tactical

Hands-on across demand gen, content, SEO, paid media, social, email, automation, and analytics. I design the go-to-market plan and then run the day-to-day campaigns.

Led by evidence

Big-picture perspective grounded in customer research, business priorities, and analytics - so effort lands where it compounds instead of where it's loudest.

Calm under pressure

I lead with data and empathy, not ego. I thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and I'm wired to dig into pipeline breakdowns and messy handoffs and move things forward.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you use AI?

To accelerate research, analysis, operations, and production. And yes, I'm one of those Claude Code people.

  • Contact and account workflows, automation, and enrichment with n8n, Clay, and Apify.
  • Audit, review, and other repeatable marketing and operations workflows with Claude Code and integrations into Profound, ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Campaign and advertising optimization and reporting through platform APIs.
  • Video transcription and editing, audio creation and editing with VEED and Descript.

What is your approach to ABM?

I'm a big fan of Emily Kramer's approach outlined in The Shift to Account-Driven GTM.

Build the foundation, layer on account-driven campaigns and workflows, then set up signal-based campaigns.

My two cents: a legacy ABM platform like 6sense is not required. More modern, decoupled tools that support your strategy can be far more powerful.

Why did you move from a Fortune Global 500 VP role to smaller companies (and titles)?

Deliberately - I traded title for scope. After a decade building Adecco's digital marketing function from scratch, I wanted to own strategy through execution and build things that didn't exist yet. Smaller, faster-moving companies are where I do my most impactful work: standing up demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations where little or none existed.
