Though my breadth of skills, mix of strategic + tactical, cross-channel fluency, and being data-driven and adaptable, I can design a go-to-market plan and also execute the day-to-day campaigns. And with a marketing mix to run integrated programs from idea to pipeline impact.
I'm a big fan of Emily Kramer's approach outlined in The Shift to Account-Driven GTM, which can be found here: part 1, part 2, and part 3. From building the foundation, layering on account-driven campaigns and workflows, and setting up signal-based campaigns, it’s a great approach. And to add my 2 cents: No legacy ABM platform like 6sense is required, but more modern, decoupled tools to help capture and activate contact-level intent can be extremely powerful.
