How do you use AI?

To accelerate research, analysis, operations, and production. Examples include:

  • LlamaIndex Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for large data sets, including assistance with customer and audience research, competitor analysis, analyst reports, reviews, and internal data sources (RFP questions, call transcripts, etc.).

  • Video transcription and editing, audio creation and editing with VEED and Descript.

  • Crawl and scrape websites to feed into lead scoring and intent signals at both the account and contact level (social, ads, communities, web pages, reviews, etc.) with Fibbler, Clay, Apify and PhantomBuster.

  • Troubleshooting JavaScript and REGEX with Claude or ChatGPT.

  • Monitoring answer engine platforms for crawling, responses and citations with Profound.

Tools I currently use include Apify, ChatGPT (especially Deep research), Claude, Clay/Claygent, Descript, LlamaIndex, PhantomBuster, Profound, Sora, and VEED.

Why do you call yourself a full-stack marketer?

Though my breadth of skills, mix of strategic + tactical, cross-channel fluency, and being data-driven and adaptable, I can design a go-to-market plan and also execute the day-to-day campaigns. And with a marketing mix to run integrated programs from idea to pipeline impact.

What is your approach to ABM?

I'm a big fan of Emily Kramer's approach outlined in The Shift to Account-Driven GTM, which can be found here: part 1, part 2, and part 3. From building the foundation, layering on account-driven campaigns and workflows, and setting up signal-based campaigns, it’s a great approach. And to add my 2 cents: No legacy ABM platform like 6sense is required, but more modern, decoupled tools to help capture and activate contact-level intent can be extremely powerful.
